This Privacy Notice for Terranova, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you download and use our mobile application Rule Play or engage with us in other related ways, including marketing or events.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register using an existing social media account. If you choose to register this way, we will collect certain profile information as described in HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?.

Application Data. If you use our application, we may collect mobile device data, including mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, operating system, application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, IP address, and information about the features of our application you accessed. We may also request permission to send push notifications about your account or application features.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

Our Services may offer the ability to register and log in using third-party social media account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from your social media provider, which may include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture, and other information you choose to make public.

No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not possible, we will securely store your information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age specified by law in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on your location, you may have rights that allow greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions, such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, applicable data protection laws may provide rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communications at any time by contacting us using the details below. We may still send service-related messages that are necessary for account administration or non-marketing purposes.

Account Information

If you would like to review, change, or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. You can also request account deletion by submitting the account deletion form at /app/delete-account. Upon request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from active databases, subject to retention needed for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, investigations, legal terms, or legal requirements. Account deletion requests are processed within 72 hours.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have the right to request access to details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, receive a copy, or delete your personal information.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the preceding calendar year.
